Answer

When giving birth the head should come first or it will be more difficult for the mother to push the baby out since the feet are soft. The baby's head can press on better.

Answer

It's not so much to do with the feet making it harder to be pushed out because they're softer - remember that the baby's head is also soft at birth because the bones have not fused. It's mainly because the umbilical cord gets compressed (squashed) and so the baby cannot receive oxygen. Also, injury to the head and neck can be caused by the baby's head coming out of the mother too quickly, which doesn't happen as much if the head and neck are delivered first.

How does a baby get out of its mother's tummy?

Either the way they came in, through the vagina, or if there are complications there will be a c-section where they will make a cut in your belly and take it out that way.
