Answer
When giving birth the head should come first or it will be more difficult for the mother to push the baby out since the feet are soft. The baby's head can press on better.
Answer
It's not so much to do with the feet making it harder to be pushed out because they're softer - remember that the baby's head is also soft at birth because the bones have not fused. It's mainly because the umbilical cord gets compressed (squashed) and so the baby cannot receive oxygen. Also, injury to the head and neck can be caused by the baby's head coming out of the mother too quickly, which doesn't happen as much if the head and neck are delivered first.

The "birth canal" is the path from the uterus, through the cervix and vagina, that a baby takes to be born.
This is the result of your uterus stretching to accommadate your babies arrival Its the way the uterus resizes itself before and after the baby comes
No. A uterus is a home for a baby, containing vital nutrients for it.
A man doesn't have a Uterus.
Either the way they came in, through the vagina, or if there are complications there will be a c-section where they will make a cut in your belly and take it out that way. Embryos gestate in the uterus, not in the stomach. Any baby in a stomach most likely arrived through the esophagus, and would pass out through the intestines...
The mothers muscles are pushing him out through the cervix and down the vaginal canal and out through the vaginal opening. Unless there's a c-section where they cut a hole in the mothers belly and take him out that way.
No it is not. You no longer have a uterus in which to carry the baby. Before having a hysterectomy you might want to consider freezing some embryos if you would like to have children. These embryos could be implanted in a surrogate mother and you would be able to have children that way.
Babies come out through the vagina.
The menstruation is the body's necessary and monthly way of getting rid of the "baby bed" in the woman's uterus, when no baby ever formed. After menstruation, another "baby bed" starts growing on the lining of the uterus, making it ready for the possibility of a future baby starting.
there is no other way out of the uterus except for cesaerian
