When an ovarian cyst ruptures, the fluid ends up in the cul-de-sac due to gravity.
Yes you can exercise with an ovarian cyst but there will be pain in your legs and ovaries. You should take it easy and rest. If you want to get rid of your ovarian cyst naturally go to http://OvarianCystEliminated.com and buy the book and read it. It cures cysts hollistically. No need for surgery. Hope this helps.
A cyst can be either benign or malignant. A biopsy is the only way to know for sure. Go see your gyno.
A unilocular anechoic cyst is an ovarian cyst, usually benign. Usually, they go away on there own, but if it becomes debilitating, or gets too big, a doctor may opt to remove it surgically.
go to the doctor, get an ultra sound, let your gynecologist decide what's best.
Go see a doctor immediately. You could have something called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which can be mild, moderate, or severe. Either way, it can affect your chances of being able to get pregnant in the future. You want a doctor to see the size of the cyst and give you the right form of treatment so you won't have problems later.
Good question. Your doctor probably should have explained this one a little more. From the question, it just sounds as though you are going to have an ovarian cyst removed, yes? If that is the case, they are not going to remove the ovary the cyst is attached to. Just the cyst. No worries, every woman gets every type of cyst EVER. They usually tend to go away on their own, but if they are too big or you have endometriosis, they would prefer removal. (There is no way to tell if you have endometriosis unless you have had a removal surgery before). I am 15 weeks pregnant and my doctor and I just discussed treatment options for my 8 cm asymptomatic ovarian cyst. She said if it twists or ruptures while I am pregnant she will need to do surgery to remove it and that it will likely involve removal of the entire ovary. If done during the second trimester, it will most likely be able to be done as a laproscopic surgery. After the second trimester if it begins to cause pain, it will be open abdomen surgery and again will likely mean the entire ovary has to go. I would definitely talk to your obstetrician about your individual situation though, especially if your cyst is causing pain or discomfort.
That would be the most common scenario. That is a very small cyst. Talk to your health care provider for advice specific to your situation, as the question is difficult to answer without more information.
It's very complicated to answer "how do you treat an ovarian cyst?" Depending on the type of cyst, various treatments are suggested -- everything from "wait and see" to oral contraceptives to herbal remedies to surgery. In order to address what works and doesn't work (and to collect both anecdotal and empirical evidence), I'm trying to get a support group going online. I don't know if there's already one out there. But, if you'd like to join, I think we can really help each other out. This group is mainly for women who have functional ovarian cysts (meaning follicular cysts or corpus luteum cysts) and especially women who have them chronically. Anyone with nonfunctional cysts or polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is welcome to join. Who knows? You may find some goodies there, too. http://ovariancyst.hqforums.com/index.php

A ganglion lump attached to ligaments is a ganglion cyst. The cyst is a ball of fluid that grows on a ligament, tendon, or joint. Most go away in time by themselves, but some need surgery or needle aspiration.
I have acutally went thru with having the pain and everything and the doctors actually found out that i had a cyst and they are very painfulm so my best advise is to go see pur doctor because u could have a ovarian cyst.
