The pus of a pimple is your white blood cells trying to fight an infection or bacteria in your pores, when you don't pop it, it gets absorbed back into your blood stream, looking for more of those nasty "invaders" to attack.
Pus is found on the skin if dirt or other elements go into your pours/skin.. which creates a pimple or what not.. Inside is the pus that infected the pours of your skin.
You need to be more specific in describing the lesion on your eyebrow. STD's do not manifest themselves as a pimple on the eyebrow. Although, if your pimple does not go away, it could be an abcess (collection of pus secondary to infection). If it is an abcess, then you could apply topical antibiotics, or simply pop it and drain the pus.
Applying a product with salicylic acid (a derivitive of aspirin) will help reduce pain and irritation. Wait until the pimple comes to a head (a warm compress will speed the process) and after washing both face and hands use a tissue to express the bacteria and pus. Use a toner to wipe the area free of bacteria and prevent the spread of breakouts
