The expression is rather widespread, especially among the 1910/1920's generation of the Upper Great Lakes region (Ontario/Michigan).
The full expression is "My sufficiency is suffonsified and any more would be obnoxious to my fastidious taste."

"She didn't come" is the correct way of saying this. You could say "She never came" or "She didn't want to come" or "It was her fault she didn't come and nothing to do with me" or "It doesn't matter whether she came or not" After a form of 'to do' you always say the infinite vrom of the verb

A sufficiently original design may be copyrightable, but a short saying would not be.
