A game that you play in judo. The normally test your balance, speed, skill and coordination. They can also be quite fun to try. Cabadi is a reallygood game to try. It would also be good for rugby players :)
When someone tries to rob you, you're allowed to use the judo. When someone tries to assault you, you tell them to stop. If they try again, you warn them about what you're gonna do if they don't stop. If they try a third time, you use the judo. If you don't know how the art of self defense works, you can watch videos and you can take martial art lessons like judo or karate. But you're only allowed to use it when someone tries to attack you.

It depends on the person, it calms me down and it doesn't hurt to try. Well it doesn't hurt too bad.
I got mine in 4 years... but I was a little kid and didn't try that hard. If you learn and practice hard you can get promoted pretty fast, maybe even in around a year you can get one.
