Best Answer

Utica is in Tunisia, not in Italy. It does not exist any more. In ancient times it was a Punic city near Carthage. Its ruins are a tourist attraction.

There is a small island 52 kilometres off the northern coast of Sicily which is called Ustica. It has no cities. It has 1,300 inhabitants.
