Any UK telephone number beginning with 075xx, or +44 75xx in international format, is a mobile phone.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, Japan uses 010, Australia uses 0011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)

In North America (USA, Canada, etc.), area code +1 751 is not used. If you're getting calls that look like they're coming from area code 751, they're almost certainly bad news: someone is deliberately spoofing their caller ID.

Country code +7 is Russia and Kazakhstan, but no valid numbers begin with +7 5.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. Area code +1 752 is not currently in use in North America (USA, Canada, etc.). Area code 752 was assigned to be an overlay of area code 909 in Southern California, but the overlay was cancelled, and area code 752 may be assigned elsewhere in the future.

There is no area code 752 in Mexico (country code +52).

A UK number beginning with +44 752 (or 0752 in domestic format) is a mobile phone.

Telephone country code +7 is Russia and Kazakhstan, but there are no numbers beginning with +7 52.
