Could this be it:
Acts 2:27-18 "AND IT SHALL BE IN THE LAST DAYS,' God says,
'THAT I WILL POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT ON ALL MANKIND;
AND YOUR SONS AND YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY,
AND YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS,
AND YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS;
EVEN ON MY BONDSLAVES, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN,
I WILL IN THOSE DAYS POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT
And they shall prophesy. "
or this Hebrews 1:2 "in these last days has spoken to us in His Son."
or Matthew 24:14 "This gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come."
Also:
One of God's greatest prophets, Daniel, was at a loss to understand things regarding the "time of the end" about which he was inspired to write.
He was told: "...O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased." (Dan.12:4)
Daniel saw in his vision two men [angels?] talking about the things he had written... and added:
"...I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what shall be the end of these things?
"And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the Words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand." (verses 8-10)
The "Words" Daniel wrote, and the "sealed Book" became part of the "Bible" -- the bestselling and least-understood book of all time since the latter day invention of the printing press.
And in the last prophetic book of The Bible, Revelation [written to reveal to God's servants things that will happen at the time of the end] we discover the Father in heaven holding a "book" [scroll] in His "right hand" [it's significant that it's the side on which Jesus sits]... completely and inaccessibly sealed from man's understanding, with seven seals .
"And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon. And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon." (Rev.5:3-4)
The good news is that Jesus is found to the only One worthy to "...open the book, and to loose the seals thereof...". (Rev.5:5)
"...Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; and hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth." (verses 9-10)
God's Word is Truth [John 17:17]. And Jesus came to bring "Light" to the Truth of God. He has stripped away the "seals" from Daniel's "sealed prophecies"... and the Truth is now revealed by Him, here, at the time of the end.
The wicked cannot understand the Bible... but the "wise" shall "understand":
"The FEAR OF THE LORD is the beginning of WISDOM: and the Knowledge of the Holy [Knowledge of the Holy One; the knowledge revealed in the Truth of the Bible, revealed in Christ's 'illumination'] is UNDERSTANDING." (Prov.9:10).
The bible, jesus. Knowing that it is right, and in the end it will lead to blessings
The present tense is surfacing. The present participle is also surfacing. All present participles end in -ing.
A:The Church may not seek the real, underlying truth of the bible, but biblical scholars do. It is the role of theologians to defend Christianity and if they began to accept the real truth of the Bible, it could be the end of Christianity. Another perspective:It stands to reason that a "church" that doesn't "dig for the truth" of the Bible is not genuinely representative of Christ's church at all, which holds truth in the utmost regard. Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.(John 17:17)
Most of the Book of Revelation deals with the end times.
The Apocalypse
Sure, what do you have to say about it? Do you have any questions on that subject? If you do I'll be glad to help. The end times tie's into the book of revelation in the bible and 2012.....
There are parts of the Bible referring to the End Times and to a millennium. As a result of this, many people thought the world would end in 1000 AD.
Nowhere in the Bible as far as i can recall. Anyone else got any idea?
"A" is the first person in the bible "Adam" and "Zachariah" is the last alphabetic name in the bible. Ann Burden thinks that it is the end of times.
sojourner truth spoke to the world to end slavery
No, but it does mention that people would travel at high speed in the end times.
The truth is that no one knows when or how.
