First Answer:

It has been located in the Declaration of Independence & Lincoln's Gettysburg Address. Although the phrase as such is not used in the Bible, it certainly is a biblical principle. This follows from the creation of one single race of mankind in the beginning and so all are descended from Adam & Eve. Actually, at Acts 17:26 Paul applied this principal when speaking to the Greeks on Mars Hill in Athens when he said: "And hath made of ONE BLOOD all nations of MEN for to dwell on all the fact of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation..." The 'of one blood' refers to the common descent mentioned above, and is consistent with the findings of modern genetics that every people group on the earth have basically the same genetic characteristics as every other.

Another thought:

Rom 10:12 - For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

In scripture, God does not condone anyone to make or have slaves simply for your convenience. All people may be created equal as in how we are all from the same blood of Adam & Eve, but from the moment we are born most everything else about us is different. It is not just nature or nurture; it is nature and nurture BOTH. We may start out equal on the scale of God, but not always on the scale of man. People may see one "gift" as being greater or less than another than another. People may see one "personality type" as greater or less than another. Does God? We all have different beginnings, personalities, gifts, characteristics, and opportunities, but what does any of that have to do with where and how we end up with God? God knows how He made us.... It is not simply what we have been given; it is what we do with what we have been given. There are many differences. Men and women are different. Many people may understand this, but may not want to talk about it. The Bible talks about different things that deal with men and women separately, and both men and women grumble about many of those things. Do you think that men and women are the same? The response is almost always no. Then how are men and women different? This sometimes gets different answers. Many times people say men are physically stronger than women, but not always. Many times people say women are emotionally stronger than men, but not always. We can also ask ourselves; what are the differences throughout our culture, other cultures, other times, and from the points in time where the Old Testament and the New Testament were written? We are all unique creations, and God loves us all, each and every one.

Another answer:

(Acts 10:34-35) ". . .At this Peter opened his mouth and said: "For a certainty I perceive that God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him. "

Futhermore:

(Malachi 2:10)

"Have we not all one Father? Hath not one God created us? y do we deal TREACHEROUSLY every man against his brother by profaning the covenant ofour fathers?"

There's no reason for a person to be a racist because of skin color. Look at the PERSON (understand their heart, mind, attitude, needs, cares, hurts, & spiritual condition.)
