Where in the world could you survive without the sun?

[Edit]

Answer

You don't NEED the sun to live, so to speak. The sun is an excellent source of Vitamin D, and doctors say that a person should spend at least 15 minutes a day in the sun. But, there are substitutes to get vitamin D.

On the other hand, if you are kept in the dark for a given length of time, you may begin to hallucinate and become paradoid... even suicidal.

Did you know that Alaska has a high suicide rate, which can be linked to long lengths of twilight?
