Romans 12:19 (King James Version) Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
Yes, and it was written in the Pentateuch, Deuteronomy 32:35 :
"To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste."
Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. This was paraphrasing Deuteronomy 32:35.
Here are just a few entries:
(Leviticus 19:18) You must not take vengeance ...
(Deuteronomy 32:35)Vengeance is mine, and retribution....
(Romans 12:19) Vengeance is mine; I will repay...
(Isaiah 61:1-2) God sent Jesus to bind up the brokenhearted....to proclaim ... the day of vengeance on the part of our God; to comfort all the mourning ones
(Hebrews 10:30)(Psalm 94:1)(Nahum 1:2) (Isaiah 34:8) (Isaiah 35:4)

Footnotes:Deuteronomy 32:35 (Quoted in: Romans 12:19 and Hebrews 10:30+31)
Romans 12:19 in the Vulgate Bible says:est enim mihi vindictam ego retribuam dicit Dominuswhich is "For vengeance is mine, I shall repay, says the Lord." If you want only the words meaning "Vengeance is mine, says the Lord", they are est mihi vindictam dicit Dominus.
pray about it! :]
The church could place more emphasis on "... vengeance is Mine...sayeth the Lord" (Romans 12:19) and the "Golden Rule."
No. 'Vengeance is mine says the Lord."
It's not there. How about: "Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord." (Romans, chapter 12: verse 19)Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. This verse makes reference to Deuteronomy 32:35.
"Saith" is an obsolete way of saying "says"As in ..."Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord", which means "Vengeance is mine, says the Lord." It can only be used where you would use "says", never where you would use "say".
Victory is mine saith the lord
I don't remember those specific words in the Bible, but a couple of thoughts come to mind….At Hebrews 10:26-31 and Romans 12:17-21 it says: Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord. (KJV) (These scriptures are quoting from Deuteronomy 32:35)Later, at John 16:33 Christ tells his followers: "In the world you will have trouble. But courage! The victory is mine; I have conquered the world."-( TheNew English Bible).
'Vengeance is mine says the Lord.' In other words, it is not up to us to be judge, jury and executioner. Leave that up to the Lord.
Vengeance Is Mine - film - was created in 1979.
