- Go to the Kanto Power Plant, and talk to the manager and the police officers.
- After that, fly/walk back to Cerulean City, and then enter the Cerulean Gym. You will bump into a Team Rocket Grunt, who will cackle maniacally before running away.
- Chase him to the Golden Bridge that connects Cerulean City and Route 25, where he'll be wedged up between a furious couple. Battle him (he's fairly weak), and after you defeat him, he'll tell you that he hid the missing machine part in the Cerulean Gym.
- Go onto Route 25, defeat a couple of trainers (after you beat all of them, the last one will give you a nugget), and then go onto Cerulean Cape, which is the hill at the end of Route 25. You'll see Misty flirting with someone, so go up there and interupt her! She'll be a little mad at first, but she'll eventually go back to the Cerulean Gym.
- After you defeat her, be sure to walk over to the tubes on the west side of the pool to grab the piece that the grunt stole from the Power Plant.

∙ 12y agoYou will find Misty in the Kanto region. In order to fight her, you have to go on route 25 and defeat all 6 of the trainers. The first trainer will tell you " If you defeat all 6 of us, you will get a prize!". The fifth and sixth trainers will be in a group, so have two great and trusted Pokemon with you. After you defeat the 6, there will be a Super Nerd waiting for you. He said he was waiting there so he could "Get you while you where tired from the six". Then you will go past Bill's house. Bill is the person who operates the Pokemon Storage System. Then you go up the flight of stairs, and Misty will be there with her boyfriend. When you go up, they will turn around and Misty's boyfriend will run off. Then Misty will say "Aww! Why did you have to show up and bug us now? Do you know what they call people like you? Pests! You heard me right, pest! ...Oh? Those badges you have... Are they Johto Gym Badges? If you have eight, You must be good. OK then, Come to the Cerulean Gym. I'll be happy to take you on. I'm Misty, the Gym Leader in Cerulean. Then she will leave, and you can find her in the Gym. Hope this helped! :3
