This is a tough one to answer. It seems everyone has had a hand on making and selling the Winchester. They are/were made in Spain and Turkey. They were imported from "Dianawerks" in Germany. Today the line is sold through "Daisy".
I would do a web search for "Air gun repair" There are several shops around the country that make a business repairing older airgun. Or see the link below for a list of possible repair shops.'
