check the relays to the to fan if its not them then check all the wires to the fans if you still havent founld a promblem with them yet the it might be the fan motors
Whenever the AC is turned on, both cooling fans also come on. Otherwise, during normal operation only one fan comes on when activated to maintain correct engine temp.

There is no temperature control switch for the cooling fans. The PCM Power control module receives input from the temperature sensor on the water outlet housing. The PCM turns on the fans when the temperature reaches 210 degrees through the CCRM.
You stop driving it and repair the problem that is causing it to run hot. A complete cooling system service is in order. Drain the coolant, replace the thermostat, replace the coolant, check the function of the water pump, the thermal switch for the cooling fans and the cooling fans themselves. Clean the exterior of the radiator and flush the radiator.
If it is anything like an Altima, one fan is for engine cooling and the other works with the air conditioning system.
