I believe this is false information because the Desiree Fontaine from CT (yes, she has gone by Desiree Washington) would not have been 18 in 1991. She was only 33 at the time of arrest. So I believe these are 2 different people ---(She changed her name to Desiree Fontaine and she is a news broadcaster in Connecticut. She is currently not on the air because she got caught stealing $105 of merchandise from Sears. You can look up the case on google, it happened recently.)
