Hi,
The fuel filter is under the car near the rear passenger wheel.
This person is looking for the fuel pump, NOT the filter!
If it is a sedan, you will find the pump on top of the tank in the luggage compartment; on the wagon it is on the side of the fuel tank, like the Commodore.
