Where is heater fan resistor located on 2001 chrysler sebring?

[Edit]

Answer

The resistor for the fan speed is located under the dash on the passenger side. It comes with a modification. Once you locate and disconnect (its easy to find once you remove the plastic covering) you need to take a hot knife and make the opening a little larger. The part costs about $70 and it can be done in under an hour.
