This is good question! I am taught about three strong acids. Sulphuric acid, nitric acid and hydrochloric acid. You do not have enough of sulphur in your diet to make lot of sulphuric acid. Nitrogen is there in the air. But it is not readily soluble. So nitric acid is not a good choice. You have hydrogen in the water. You have lot of water in your diet. You have the chloride in the sodium and potassium chloride. You take enough of these salts in your diet. So the hydrochloric acid was the logical 'solution' for the Nature.
there is no such thing. do you mean hydrochloric acid? then the stomach is the answer.
The stomach contains hydrochloric acid to digest foods. Hydrochloric acid is naturally found in gastric juice. This is also known as pepsin, which is used to digest proteins.
the enzyme found in gastric juice is Pepsinogenand it only works in an acidic environment (hydrochloric acid is in the stomach)then when that enzyme gets mixed with the hydrochloric acid it creates pepsin and pepsin breaks down proteins into amino acid chainsthere are also other enzymes like:HClReninPepsinogenGelatinaseGastric AmylaseGastric Lipase
the strongest acid you will use in school will be hydrochloic acid but it will be diluted and cannot harm you very quickly unless drunken.
Gastric acid would reduce the acid in the stomach! :)) ('.') == ==
Overproduction of gastric acid can occasionally eat a hole through the stomach wall. These gastric ulcers are rare. Gastric ulcers, which are less common, usually occur along the upper curve of the stomach.
The stomach produces pepsin, mucus, HCl and intrinsic factor (which helps absorb B12). This is called gastric juice. Pepsin is a protease, or an enzyme that breaks chemical bonds in protein.Pepsin uses the carboxylic acid group on one of its amino acids to break the chemical bond between nitrogen and oxygen in the proteins found in food.
It contains of hydrochloric acid and 2 enzymes, pepsin and rennin. the acidity of hydrochloric acid helps in activating pepsinogen and prorennin(the inactive form of pepsin and rennin respectively)
Yes it is. The proper name for it is Gastric Acid.
Gastric acid is part of the "juices" produced by the stomach.
The most important ingredient of gastric juice is hydrochloric acid.
gastric acid
Hydrochloric acid.
nothing, its a normal component of gastric juice like HCl.
No, it's NOT A ACID, it's AN ACID. A Acid poor english
Lemon juice, Gastric Acid
there is a lining of mucus around the entire stomach that prevents the gastric acid (gastric juice) from penetrating the stomach walls
orange juice is an acid and when it comes in contact with gastric juices it just makes you burp and feel sick because it reacts with the gastric juice and creates hydrochloric oxide
gastric juice is made of · A protease called pepsin. · Dilute HCl which activates the pepsin and provides the correct pH for it to work. Also kills bacteria. · Mucus - which protects the wall of the stomach from self digestion and acid damage. = Gastic Acid.
