It's located "inside" the transmission, under the tranny's side-cover. It's labor intensive because you must lower the whole engine/transmission cradle to access it. Side-note: @ the dealer, $1,200 labor & $30 part. Sucks, don't it.
If you're mechanically inclined, it can be done, just add part, tools and patience. Oh, and a tech manual.
