Marijuana is not "legal" in any state! It falls under the C.S.A. of 1971 and is treated by that legislation as more dangerous as drugs like coke and just as dangerous as heroin. With that being said some states have passed laws allowing Dr.s to provide recommendations saying that a patient "may" benefit from the use of Marijuana. It does not make it legal it gives the patient an "affirmative defence" but in no state is it legal. Federal law always supersedes state law.

Yes, you can. Medical marijuana is marijuana-- no difference. It's just that you are taking it as a prescription medication. And the cannabinoids stay in the system for a long time, much longer than it takes to fly from California to Florida.
