It is located under the rear passenger seat. It's a pain in the butt if you need to replace the battery, especially if you have power seats.
If you only need to jump/boost the battery though, you can do so from under the hood. There, next to the firewall (what separates the engine block from the interior of the car) on the passenger side, there should be what looks like a one-piece nut and bolt with a red (and sometimes also black) wire running down from it. On this bolt is where the red (or positive) cable goes. Then, there are two black metal humps on each side of the engine compartment; each of these 'humps' has three bolts on it. You use any of the bolts as a ground for the black (or negative) cable.
