That's a Saturn right? The PCV valve (I don't know of any filter) is typically on the valve cover (right there on top usually on the left or right side). Sorry I can't be more help on that, I really wanted to throw some philosophy about the transmission flush your way, because I am a mechanic, and I have seen several places that don't do the full job, I would like everybody out there to be aware of this and double check your mechanic when you get your tranny flushed. This is all assuming that we are talking about an automatic. . . Typically you will have transmission cooler lines running up to the radiator. The mechanic will disconnect the easiest one to get to and connect his flush machine in line with the transmission, running the machine is easy, takes less than 15 minutes after connections are made. What is commonly left out, is that they don't change your filter. Do you change your engine oil without changing your filter? NO! So why would you change your transmission oil without changing the transmission filter? To do this, the transmission pan must be removed (In most cases, although there are a few cars out there with a spin on transmission filter). This is usually quite messy, although not difficult. The pan should be cleaned, and the magnet that is in the pan should be inspected for particulates that would indicate abnormal wear, remove and install the new filter as per filter manufactures' or car manufactures' instructions. Re-install the gasket (a lot are reusable nowadays, but certainly not all, check your filter, they usually come with a new one), and pan, then top off (You usually lose 4-5 quarts dropping the pan) Most shops will charge you quite a sum to change the filter, so be suspicious if your bill is only $70-$80. Some service writers/advisors are not mechanics and really don't understand what should be done to your vehicle when they sell you a service. In many cases they are glorified (or underglorified) salesmen. Please keep some of this in mind when you get your transmission serviced, tell them you would like to see your old filter (pretend you know what to expect to see). Unless you get your transmission serviced regularly (30,000 miles for the flush, and perhaps get your filter done AT LEAST every other service or do the flush at 30K and the filter at 45K) I would recommend getting both services at the same time. They should flush first then change the filter, that way you aren't flushing old fluid through a new filter. Please be vigilant, this is a relatively new issue, as the elder crowd was raised with manual transmissions, which require less service, and people are still learning about the requirements for maintenance on an automatic, You can probably get at least equal, if not more mileage out of your transmission than your engine as long as it is properly maintained. Location of cabin filter in a 1996 Plymouth voyager?

Whats a cabin filter? if you are refurring to fuel filter, its under the vehicle, round canister, cant miss it. air filter is on top of the throttle body, that's very obvious to see, and trans filter is in the transmission, drop the pan to access it A 1996 Voyager does not have a cabin filter.
