Finding a quickshade part is nearly impossible. Going to Quickshade.com will get you a phone number to call 800-248-5327, that will send you to Variflex/Bravo Sports. you will be put on hold forever. You will listen to the Muzak until they finally, after coming on and telling you that your call is important, offer to give you an automatic call-back--don't do it!. The auto call back happens very quickly, unfortunately there is no one on the line when they call you back--they prank call you automatically. Great. To top it off, the customer service email will bounce back as undeliverable.
So wait until a Monday, call them again. Hire one of your kids to stay at the speackerphone until a human actually comes on (this took an hour and a half and my kid was humming the muzak song for days).
The top part that holds 3 arms to it was $9.90.
