The blower motor relay , actually Chrysler calls it a B05, is a SOB to get to, but it is located on clips on the firewall next to the emergency break mechanism above and behind the under dash fuse box to the left of your steering column on the drivers side. Until the fuse box there is moved out of the way, you can't even see it, but it IS there. Many parts dealers and counter personnel will tell you it only has the resistor, but the relay is present, but time consuming to change. At least you will be relieved to know that it is an inexpensive part. Hope that was helpful !
