you need to do all the mission for the faction leaders (duke exceter, dr. overbuild, heal storm) then go to vanda the darkflame and make her mission. after you have done three mission where you spy on the three oder faction leader then you get a mission:go to colessa in pet cove and ask for the new pet.(be sure that you end the mission with 18 pets.) after that colessa will give you a mission to get three alien parts found them in Return to Venture Explorer that its launcher is on advant garden there found the three parts
