Hi,

Best place is away from heat vents and also in an area where there's plenty of room around the TV for proper air circulation. You might want to consider a factory acceptable TV stand for your new set.

Also keep it away from large windows where the cold or heat can reach the set. Today's TV's tend to prefer a stable room temperature.

Other than that, anywhere you'd like will do.
