I had a 95 Camry and would think the process would be quite similar. In the back seat, facing the rear of the car, gently put pressure with both hands on the base of the cover that sits against the rear window. With your thumbs push the bottom of the cover away (towards rear of car) and slowly lift up the tabs holding the cover in place. You now will have access to the bulb for replacement. Once replaced simply place the cover back and latch the tabs. Hope this helps.
