okay i just did this if your car is 00-01, get on the floor of your car (driver side)
look up to your left there is a bright green box connected to a black box with wires connected to that gently pull it down its hard to move though because its held on by a piece of plastic but don't worry you'll be fine, that green box is the flasher relay.BUT if it ins't green use your hazard lights to find the clicking noise then feel the box you'll feel the clicking. BTW took three hours to figure that out....
