There are two ways to get to the fuel pump, one is underneith the car, take the gas tank down. This is explained very well under the question (where is the fuel pump and filter located for a 1996 Nissan altima). The other way is to remove the back seat top and bottom. You will see a square metal plate usually black with 4 Philips head screws. Remove the cover then you will see a plastic grey part, with nobbies, screw top remove it and your fuel pump is right below connected to the side of the tank incased in a plastic holder.

There is no reset button on the fuel pump of '06 Nissan Altima instead you can pull out either the fuel pump relay (under the dash) or fuel pump fuse and re-insert it. Voila
