Mine is behind the glove box: take out the glove box lining to reach it.
The relay casing is green.
That's in a 1989 UK spec GLT estate with the 2316cc K-tronic CIS injection B230E engine.
But after I'd found it the real problem seems to have been a damp ignition system - the relay cuts off pump power if the engine isn't running, so voltage tests can mislead.
