It's under the hood there is also one under the dash on the drivers side
ofcourse there is a fuse for the horn.. look in the fuse box! (I know its not in the fuse box in the kick panel or by the engine ive looked its elsewhere in the car)
It is under the hood, next to the battery
on fuse box cover on inside will have all the info.
The fuse box is on Drivers side below the steering wheel to your left. The panel snaps off.Hope this helps. Val

feed to the CO relay had a short at the efi fuse in the main relay box. running a replacement wire with inline 15 amp fuse {solved} the problem. nothing like an ohm tester

It doesn't really look like a fuse. The main is in the fuse box and is the one that has the large wire going to it from the bottom. You can see where it goes into the fuse box and up to the shunt (or fuse) and is secured with either an 8 or 10 mm nut.
