If you open the drivers door and look at the side of the dashboard, almost at the hinge, you should see a triangular shaped panel with a hole. stick your finger in the hole and pull toward the door. There's a fuse block there. There's a diagram of which fuses are there on the inside of the piece you pulled out. There is also one on the other side (passenger side) in the same fashion There are some more fuses under the hood. Those should me marked "Fuses".
The radio fuse for a 2004 Dodge Durango is in the main fuse box. It is almost directly in the middle of the box, right beside of relay cb1.

Should be in the fuse box on 2000 models *IF you mean the four way flasher control button,it is on top the steering column between the dashboard and top half of the steering wheel.
It should be in the fuse box in the 2000 models. On 2001 and newer, it is under the driver's side dash, just above the data link connector. For 2000 Durangos only: More correctly it is the square green relay looking unit located at the top and back side of the fuse box. IE it must be removed by reaching up to the top of the fuse panel from underneath the dash.
