The fuse box in the cabin... Is under the Dashboard in front of the drivers seat..or
there maybe a door in the dash itself...ALSO
depending on the circuit there are fuses in the engine compartment driver's side
by the Master cylinder ,there are also relays in there.

Open the hood of the van, look to the right or the drivers side, see a black box that said "fuse relay'' I my self am trying to find out what size the fuse is.The 1995 Astro Van center relay switch is located on the outside of the fuse box housing. The fuse box is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment.
