The fuse box is under the hood on the left side when facing the car. It is a black box with a screw on type lid. Just unscrew it to access your panel. Hope this helps!
ON MY 98 PARK AVE. ULTRA THERE ARE THREE FUSE PANELS 1. UNDER HOOD AS ABOVE.
2. UNDER DASH ON FAR RIGHT (PASSENGER SIDE), HIDDEN ABOVE PANEL THAT HAS TO BE UNSCREWED. (BIT OF A PAIN) 3. UNDER REAR SEAT ON RIGHT SIDE IN BLACK BOX.
