Ok, I raised the hood on my 94 excel the only place i could see a place for the horn(s) is under the front head light fixture on the body wall. I know of no easy way to excess this area without experimenting. The easiest way looks to remove the light assembley. Good luck, my horns stop working and I finally traced the problem to the stering wheel section. I unplug the wires and clamped on a push button horn to wheel to pass inspection.
