Where is the horn relay located in the 1991 Crown Victoria?

Answerlook under the hood on the left, front side of the car there's a somewhat triangle shaped box with fuses in it. It has 1 latch @ the top(left side of the box) & 2 latches @ the bottom(right side of the box). Open & pull off top. Under top will be names of the fuses & relays you will need to take it out and take it with you to the parts store so they can match it up with one they have they may have to order it call first.

Correct answer. It is under the hood but it is on the right-hand side and attached to a bracket which itself is mounted on the heater blower motor. The fuse box on this car is under the dash just above your left knee. The box on the left hand side referred to above is the relay centre with two relays, fuel pump and EEC plus a protection diode.
