The OBD2 plug is located under the drink holder under the center console.

If you are changing the fuel pump, look for an access panel above the pump. Most Honda's have one and removing the fuel tank is not necessary.
When changing spark plugs for the first time, a diagram comes in handy. A spark plug wiring diagram for a 1999 Honda Prelude can be found in its maintenance manual.
Same place you check the level.
The OBD2 connector on a 2000 Prelude is located on the passenger side of the center console, behind a small access door just underneath the dashboard, toward the front.
The factory plug or OEM plug recomended by Honda is a NGK CR9EH-9. For the 1998 Honda CBR 600 F3.
1994 Accord is OBD1 not OBD2. Under dash, driver's side.
