It is at the front of the engine under the Power Steering pump. It is the 1 1/4" plastic nut you see facing up at you. It will be black. Unscrew that and the filter will be snapped onto the bottom of that. If you don't know where the power steering pump is just look towards the front and right of the engine. The nut will be under some wires but still easy to see.
