[Edit] 
The oil filter is locate underneath the motor, beneath a plastic shield that covers the entire bottom of the engine. You must first remove all 10mm bolts to remove the shield then use a special wrench to remove the plastic oil filter housing.
Do not overtighten the housing or drain plug. I believe 5.8 quarts of oil is needed.
