Well that's a pretty generic question, but to narrow it down to any "public place", or perhaps this is simply a "test" question, the only place I know for certain is the tourist town of Cap d'Agde, aka the "Naked City".
As a naturist myself, this topic is well known in the society.
I've never been there, would like to visit, and that's probably it. Yeah, grocery shopping, and perusing the typical businesses naked would certainly rank up there as an extreme experience, but personally, I'd likely try that once or twice (to be sure ;) ) then spend the time removing all tan lines on the magnitude of beaches and perhaps hook up with one of the "non dancing" ladies.
Oh, AFA "where the naked ladies dance"? Well, pick any gentleman's club and I'm sure you're there. But if your question is meant as totally generic (or, simply provocative,) then I'd have to stick with the town of Cap d'Agde (generally pronounced as 'cap dawg' to us non Frencemen...
