On a 2002-2006 it is located under the hood on the underside of the lower windshield support. The insulation directly in the middle needs to be removed. Next there are two clips on the housing, once those are lossened the housing just needs to be slid to the drivers side and it will come off and the filter can be removed.
On a 2007-2008 it is easily accesible in the open hvac air intake under the hood on the right (PASSENGER) side.
A Dodge Sprinter uses a paper cartridge filter.
On a 2003-2006 Sprinter the fuel filter is located on the driver side of the engine block. About half way up and down, and front to back.
The oil filter is a cartridge type filter. It is under a plastic cap on the driver side front top of the engine.
It is on the front driver side, under the black screw cap.
The engine air filter is located inside the large black box on top off the engine.
On the diesel it is on the top center of the engine, under the air cleaner and engine cover.
It is inside the black box directly above the engine, on the underside of the wiper cowl.
On the front driver side of the engine is a round black cap, about 3 inches across. You need to unscrew it and the oil filter element is underneath.
