Its the sensonr that sets on top of the rearend. A 10mm bolt holds in it place. There is also an "Output Speed Sensor" located on the output end of the automatic transmission, right on top. This sensor is associated with the Diagnotic Trouble Code, P0720, and should not be confused with the sensor on the rear differential. There are ABS speed sensors located on the the top of each front wheel as well as the rear end (differential). They plug in just behind the front wheel well.
