Click the portal under them like the yellow or red flashing portalThen go to Uptown, wearing the goggles to get the note which is in between the Vote Place and the Me Card place. Click the portal under it.
Then go to sunken treasure cove and go in the sunken ship the mermaid will be there.
Then , with the spy goggles ON, go in. Then read the note and then go to in the cove house thingy at the beach.
Wait a day or so
Then go back to Shreddy the Yeti and he will give you the tape recorder.
Then, read what he says, and go to runamok park in the pink portle by the brown door. Go inside and find the tape recorder in the bottom left corner. click on it, then go to SHUSH's headquarters and then you beat the mission
