Its located in the front cover under the upper radiator hose. If you drain down the coolant and remove the upper radiator hose where it attaches to the engine you will see it their. Depending on what build date you have you might have to remove the EBP tube bracket that's held on with two 13mm nuts then remove the two 13mm bolts below that and the thermostat will come out attached to the upper hose housing. If later model year the bracket isn't their and only two bolts hold the t-stat housing down. Good luck hope this helped.
