There is a common problem with the Suzuki Samurai wiring in the starter circuit. Called the Clicky-Starter problem :-) it is easily corrected by installing a Clicky-Starter kit:-) which is nothing more than a relay, a circuit breaker, and wire connected through the relay directly to the starter. Inexpensive kits are available through eBay or any of the many Samurai parts sources, or you can easily make the corrections yourself with discreet components. The Starter on this vehicle is located on the front of the engine, just below the fuel intake manifold, directly in front of the radiator.

The EGR valve is located on the left hand side of the engine on a 2006 Suzuki Forenza. It is above the ignition coils.
