It took me a very long time to find it, because I didn't know where to look.
I used it for a coconut cream cake so I thought baking. Coconut is used often in Asian cuisine so I was told to check the Asian aisle.
However it's most common use is in Pina Coladas when I actually found it, it was in the grocery store in the mixed drinks section!
