Have just got it in stock at my delicatessen in Wiltshire; Thomson's, 18 River Street, Pewsey, Wilts SN9 5DH Tel: 01672 563323. In fact had a simple lunch with sobresada melted into gently cooked onion and garlic with tinned cherry tomatoes, a splash of wine vinegar, a touch of mild chilli and chopped fresh parsley with a squeeze of lemon juice.
