I know where to find some.There is one under the brigde that leads to starfish island from Washington beach.There are another 2 in the air port; one is on one of the roofs while the other one is under an airplain.There is one at the police station at Washington beach; it is inside an office in there.And there are 2 in the film studio in one of the islands.One is on a roof, and the other is inside one of the filming buildings.Keep this in mind, you wont find these if you already got these without noticing!
