As of now we don't know, but we should know in a few weeks (hopefully). They are doing an intense search for Cleopatra's tomb at the present time and according the the Egyptian Antiquities Authority they are close to making an important discovery. Stay tuned.

yea, archeaologists havent really found the bodies of Mark Anthony or Cleopatra yet, but they're working on it. they think that the two were buried next to each other someplace outside of Alexandria, Egypt.

No one knows, she has never been found. She may even have been taken back to Rome, however it was her and Mark Antonys wishes to be buried together so that they could be together in the jorney to the afterlife. xx

We don't know where Cleopatra is buried. they are supposed to be looking for her tomb at the present time in two promising locations. However the recent turmoil in Egypt has delayed much archaeological work, the search for Cleo's tomb included.
