http://www.freewebs.com/jonvinnymugen/mugenchars.htm- a bunch of mugen characters here that are random. Just click on the links to download them.
http://esnips.com- I had trouble with this site at first. Basically, in the search bar, tyoe in :
(what type of mugen like (megaman or kingdom hearts)) mugen characters. The click on one of the results that best fits what you are looking for. sometimes you will get a page full of downloads or 1 download with al the characters on that. Because they are still working on it. I've done some research, and there is apparently almost 50 characters in all, and the ability to put in your own, like mugen.

How do you get mugen?
you gotta go to a place called www.kevinsmugen.com then under where it says charecters look for what kind of charecter you want the when you find it where it says:dl click on that then go all the way download and wait for the download link open it and the it has a folder you need WinRAR to extract it to you mugen into a folder where it say chars put the charecter name folder there than right click on the mouse and press rename copy the name of the charecter then go to select in data the where it says insert you charecters below paste the name of the charecter there than play mugen and you have the charecter you wanted!!! hoped this helped!!
